Registration Fee
Early
registration fee (received on or before May 1, 2006) is US$150
(US$90 for students). Late and On-site Registration Fee (received after May 1, 2006) is
US$160 (US$100 for students). Registration will include the following:
- Symposium
sessions
- Graduate Student Conference sessions
(There is no separate registration for the
Graduate Student Conference.)
- Publishers'
exhibits
- Continental
breakfast on Friday and Saturday
- Dinner
on Friday
- Refreshments
between sessions
Registration Options
A. Online Registration. If
you wish to pay by credit card, you can register online from
Purdue University's Continuing Education and Conferences secure
website.
B. Registration by Mail. If you wish to pay by personal check or bank draft, please complete and print
out the paper registration
form. Please
send your completed registration form to:

C. Registration by Fax. If you wish to pay by credit card but cannot use the online registration for

Attendance
at the symposium will be limited to about 150 registrants--please
register early. (If your registration form and fee arrive after
the maximum capacity has been reached, you will be notified and
your registration fee will be fully refunded.)
