Registration

Early registration fee (received on or before August 30, 2004) is US$150 (US$90 for students). Late and On-site Registration Fee (received on or after September 1, 2004) is US$160 (US$100 for students). Registration will include the following:

• Symposium sessions
• Publishers' exhibits
• Continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday
• Dinner on Friday
• Refreshments between sessions
• Free admission to the Graduate Student Conference on Thursday, September 30 (There is no separate registration for the Graduate Student Conference.)

Attendance at the symposium will be limited to about 150 registrants--please register early. (If your registration form and fee arrive after the maximum capacity has been reached, you will be notified and your registration fee will be fully refunded.)
